Brett stumbled into the yacht brokerage world after graduating from the University of Washington in 1990 and has not looked back. As part owner of Emerald Pacific Yachts, Brett is dedicated to working hard for buyers and sellers alike. "Matching the right people with the right boat has been exciting and rewarding in terms of return clients and referrals." Brett is also an avid boater and his wife and (2) daughters are equally at home on the water.

Terry began his career as a yacht broker in 1977 in Vancouver B.C. and was involved at ground level with West Bay Yachts. He has been involved with numerous boat builders worldwide and enjoys the challenge of all aspects of yacht construction.

In 1997 Terry had a vision and, in partnership with Randy and Lex, started Emerald Pacific Yachts. Terry has helped make Emerald Pacific Yachts a premier brokerage firm from both the managing standpoint and as a salesperson.

Lex, having been a boat owner and avid boater since 1977, transitioned into the yachting industry and quickly became successful. He was a regional sales manager for Bayliner for several years and later managed a leading Northwest brokerage firm.

In 1997, he became partners with Terry and Randy in opening Emerald Pacific Yachts. Lex is all about customer service and works diligently to keep all of his clients happy and entertained. His work ethic today was gained from his experience as a pilot in the Marine Corps.

Randy is a native Washingtonian. He attended Peninsula High School and graduated from WesternWashington University. He taught and coached for a few years before becoming a partner in a management consulting firm in Seattle. The consulting position took him to the Caribbean and that set in motion his transition to the marine industry. He managed a yacht charter business in the Virgin Islands and then relocated to the Bahamas to manage a private estate and yachts there.

In l985, he returned to the Northwest and began his career as a yacht broker. In 1997, he joined forces with Terry Cooke and Lex Mitchell to form Emerald Pacific Yachts. Over the years, he has represented a wide variety of new and used vessels and has worked with numerous clients on new
custom orders with several yacht manufacturers.

Randy takes a genuine interest in each client. His career satisfaction comes from obtaining a full understanding of a clients' goals and objectives and then utilizing his many industry contacts and years of successful experience to match their criteria. This leads to a positive outcome for those that work with him and, as a result, Randy's business is largely based upon repeat clients and their
referrals.

Boating has been Ron's passion for over 25 years. As a native Seattleite, Ron has spent many summers cruising on a variety of boats such as; Uniflite, Tollycraft, Ocean Alexander, Blackfin, Boston Whaler, Grady White and most recently, Pursuit.

As the owner of a profitable local sportswear company for many years, Ron demonstrated that his business acumen and hard work as well as dedication to excellent customer service were the right combination for success.

Ron decided to take his passion for boating and become a yacht broker in 2002 utilizing his customer service skills. After working for the West Bay SonShip dealership, he joined Ocean Alexander in 2003 where he was the top producer in 2004, 2005 and 2006. With Emerald Pacific's expansion in San Diego, an opportunity was provided to Ron to join the sales team in Seattle and to build upon his reputation for selling through exceptional customer satisfaction.

Will MacIntyre has been in the boat business in San Diego since 1979. Starting in the service side of the industry Will has extensive knowledge of engines, systems, electrical, electronics, plumbing and fiberglass. Will has sold boats between 12 and 80 feet focusing primarily on new boat sales throughout his career. With his experience Will has become an invaluable asset in the new construction side of the business helping many clients build their dreams from scratch. Married and the father of four children, Will enjoys the boating lifestyle, water sports, and time with his family.

Jacques Bor, native from Brittany, France, avid sailor, has been in the boating industry for the past 14 years. With multiple deliveries South and North of San Diego Jacques has a full knowledge of motorboats and sailboats and will help and guide you through the process of acquiring your first or next boat.

Jacques is also accredited with insurance companies to give boaters classes on handling, open water handling, docking and securing, basic knowledge of boat safety gear & emergency operation procedures, rules on the water, yacht and engine room systems.

Gil is experienced and knowledgeable with a broad understanding of yachts, being an owner himself for many years. As a Captain aboard some of the finest yachts, his knowledge of vessel operations and management assist in finding the right yacht for his clients. Continuous education keeps him abreast of what is currently available to provide the best selection possible.

Greg is a California native and has been around boating his whole life. He holds a 100 ton master license and has owned and operated his own yachts over the past 15 years. He has owned and operated a successful Yacht Charter business in San Diego giving him knowledge and firsthand experience in all aspects of ships systems and operation. He is accredited by insurance companies to give boat handling, systems, and navigation lessons for yacht owners. This real world experience translates into a yacht sales person that is qualified to help you get through the purchase of your first, or next yacht, or sell the one you have.

A native Californian, Bridget grew up in San Diego and enjoyed being around boats and the water, spending some summers working in the galley on fishing boat charters as a teenager. She spent many years in the financial world of banking before joining the yachting business. Bridget is a notary public, as well as a licensed sales agent and she enjoys helping make your yachting experience a pleasant one.
