We are located at Chandler's Cove on South Lake Union in the heart of Seattle, Washington.

Local attractions and services include Kenmore Air, Lake Union Trolley, the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. There is also a town car service available to get you around in style - our location is perfect to begin your exploration of downtown Seattle!

In California...

We are located in the northern part of San Diego Bay on Harbor Island in San Diego, California - directly across from the San Diego International Airport.

Local attractions and services include the world famous San Diego Zoo, neighbored to Balboa Park with attractions, museums and preforming arts. San Diego's Historic Gaslamp Quarter, and Cabrillo National Monument.

We have slips available for vessels 75' to 100' in length at a prime location in the heart of Seattle where large yacht moorage is virtually non-existent!
